If I order an item is it in stock?
We try to ensure the items shown on our website are available for immediate delivery. Occasionally, we may make a mistake and be out of stock. You are welcome to ring and check an item is available. Tel 01244 325834 9am - 5pm Mon - Sat.

I don't like the item I have just received what should I do?
Sometimes things aren't quite as we expect. No problem, please return the item and we can arrange a refund back to you. Please help us by including a copy of your order details with the item. We very much appreciate your help in carefully returning the item back to us in a pristine and resalable condition including the box along with the instructions as you received them. Items that are returned in a less than perfect condition cause problems for us.
